Founded by Ambassador Paul W. Speltz in 2009, GSA is headquartered in New York City and is a global operation with offices and wholly-owned subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Beijing. With over 160 years of collective experience working and living in Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East, the GSA team consists of professionals who have held senior positions in the public and private sectors as corporate leaders, former Ambassadors, and senior-level U.S. Presidential appointees.
